She lives with her husband, Benjamin R., and three children ( Jane E., Margaret and Charles E.) in Cass township of Hamilton County, Iowa. The indication is that she was born in New Hampshire. [BRB 17.]
In the 1880 U.S. Federal Census, J. C. is a 33 year old, white, married female. She is the wife of Benjamin R. Brewer and is keeping house. With her and her husband are three children: Charles, Frederick, and Nettie. Judith indicates that she was born in Maine of parent who were both born in Maine. [BRB 08.]
