  In the 1930 U. S. Federal Census, Eldora Thur is an eight year old, white, single female. She was born in Wisconsin of parents who were also both born in Wisconsin. She is in school, however the census report does not give yer credit for language capability in reading, writing, and speaking English. She has no employ outside the home. Eldora lives with her parents, Albert and Anna, and, two sisters: Loraine and Valinda Thur. The family lives in Cleveland Township, Jackson County, Wisconsin. [TAJu 02.]        In the 1940 U. S. Federal Census, Eldora Thur is an 18 year old, white, single female. She is not in school or college, but has completed four years of high school. She was born in Wisconsin. She is living in the same house in which she lived in 1935, which is on a farm. Eldora is working at home and not in outside employment. She has no income from other sources. Eldora lives with her parents, Albert and Anna. The family lives in Cleveland Township, Jackson County, Wisconsin. [TAJu 03.]        Obituary for Eldora Thur Thompson Richards:        Eldora Richards, 73, of Oakwood Villa Nursing Home in Altoona, and formerly of Fairchild, died Monday, July 10, 1995, at the home.        Eldora was born Nov. 1, 1921, in rural Fairchild, to Albert and Anna (Bramer) Thur. She married Nanian Thompson and later married George Richards Aug. 6, 1946. The couple lived all of their marriage life in Fairchild.        Survivors include four sons, Allen (Laura) Thompson of Merrilan, Jim (Ellen) Richards of Montello and Thomas (Vonnie) Richards of Mondovi; three daughters, Julie (Joseph) Smith of West Point, Texas, Mary (Craig) Fairbanks of Montello and Jeanie (Thomas)Bowden of Waskom, Texas; two sisters, Lorraine Olsen and Linda (Ralph) Hegg, all of Fairchild; 20 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.        Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 14, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Fairchild, with burial in Fairchild Cemetery.
